Volunteer Ministry Opportunity

The goal of Volunteer Ministries at Resurrected Life is to develop an army of volunteers who are involved in weekly ministry.

Volunteer Ministry is the main emphasis of Resurrected Life. We believe and teach “every member is a minister.” Our strength lies not in the number of ministries, but in the number of people serving in ministry.

At Resurrected Life, Volunteer Ministry is a LIFESTYLE, not a program! It enables us to fulfill the Great Commission in our members by: (a) Teaching them; (b) Baptizing (assimilating) them; and (c) Equipping them to do the work of the ministry.

Our vision for Volunteer Ministries is that WE SERVE:

1. Out of gratitude for what Jesus has done for us.

2. To develop the spiritual gifts that God has given us.

3. As part of God’s plan for church growth.

4. To demonstrate that we are givers not just takers.

5. To be a part of something bigger than ourselves that will make a difference for all eternity.

Through Volunteer Ministries we connect Resurrected Life members relationally and empower them to experience the “joy” of being involved in ministry and of being connected to the Kingdom of God through our local church.
